Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. Customers are requested to provide accurate information while placing orders.

Return Policy

• Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Returns will only be accepted for:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size issue (subject to availability)

  • Missing items in the package

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, washed, or damaged products by the customer

• Products without original tags or packaging

• Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Refund Policy

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or mobile wallet account after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Exchange Policy

• Customers may request an exchange for a different size or product subject to stock availability.
